    Senior citizens morning walkers caught a hotel tempo dumped waste near Sardar baug at Alkapuri area and informed the VMC to impose fine. The VMC collected fine of 27000 rupees from the hotel and issue strict warning to them.

    As per morning Walker Ramesh Raiyani everyday a group of around 50 senior citizens comes to Sardar Baug for the morning walk. For the past four to five days someone dumped the bag of waste near the garden.

    On Saturday morning the group reached the garden early and caught the tempo involved in dumping the bags. They caught the tempo and immediately informed the deputy Municipal Commissioner S.K. Patel and the ward officer.

    Based on the information the team reached the spot and after questioning found the tempo belongs to Old School Eatenery restaurant at Nutan Bharat society in Alkapuri. The team issued notice and collected 27000 as fine from the hotel.

    Raiyani put allegations on the eatery carts near the garden for dumping waste at midnight and the morning walkers have to face the foul smell in the morning. He demand strict action against from the corporation against such lari owners.
