The Swarnim Vijay Varsh 1971 Cyclothon expedition organized by Konark Corps,  which was flagged off on 26 Nov 2020 from an outpost near Lakhpat, has been taken over by the Golden Katar Gunners from the Bald Eagle Brigade on 27 Nov 2020.

The second leg of the expedition was flagged off by Inspector General of Police (Border Range) Shri JR Mothaliya, who has a long and illustrious carrier as an IPS Officer. The team consisted of three Officers and 18 Other Ranks of the Golden Katar Artillery Brigade.

During the second leg, the team carried forward the expedition from Bhuj, cycling a distance of 230 Kilometer across Bachau and culminated at Radhanpur. The next part of the expedition would be covered by the team from Jamnagar Military Station from Radhanpur to Bakasar for 230 kms.
