Saroj Khan spoke fondly of Vdaodara during her visit in 2009

In 2009 Vadodara had the privilege to welcome one of the greatest choreographer in Bollywood Saroj Khan. At that time she talked about opening a dance academy in Vadodara and her relation with the cultural city of Gujarat.

Veteran choreographer Saroj Khan passed away on Friday left everyone shocked in the industry. She was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai on June 20 after she complained of breathing issues.

The ace choreographer visited the cultural city of Vadodara in the year 2009 where she speaks about opening a dance academy for the budding dancers and her special relation with the city.

To open a dance academy in Vadodara is always a special dream for Saroj Khan who has been here on many occasions in the past. At that time she said, the choice for Vadodara came down instantly to her mind as she find more dancing talents in the city in compare to the other cities.

She also speaked about the present actresses stepping in the bollywood as already trained dancers, but she still feels that no one come closer to her favorite Madhuri Dixit till date.

About the completions she said about never copy anyone and keep her style of choreography which makes her to stay in the industry. The moment she stop, the things will be vanished from the minds of people.
