Sahodaya Principal Conference 2019 organised in Vadodara

Around 100 principals took part in the conference to become future ready

In this modern era there is a need of going along with the changing scenario in the education system. Keeping in mind about the technology friendly generation the head of the schools shall update themselves with the new techniques to implement it their respective institutions.

Keeping the same idea in mind a Sahodaya Principal Conference 2019 takes place at Vadodara to educate the principals of the CBSE schools about the changing scenario, teaching methods and recent innovations in education. The aim is to make them update towards the present education system, trained as a leader to cope with the challenges and guide the fraternity.

"Our education system still flows the same old method of learning and we need practical based learning to reach to the level of schools in the world. This type of conference is organise with a aim to make the head of the schools to aware them about the new technologies, teaching methods, ways of successful schooling with adaption of all beneficial changes in the education system. They become a leader in true sense to guide the fraternity," said Shaishav Kayastha AGM Extramarks Education And Modern education transformer educationist.

He also said the idea is to make schools future ready and promote independent learning as well as research based learning in student.

Around 80 to 100 principals from all Gujarat CBSE schools like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Ankleshwar, Bharuch took part in the conference. The Sahodaya confidence titled 'Principal - A Padagogy Leader' organised every year to focus on principals and make them aware about the changing scenario un education system. The principals also said such conference will lead them to prepare students for the future.

"The session is necessary for us to aware about the changing education system and new methods to implement in our schools. Today's is technology friendly generation and we have to include stem education, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing like techniques in the system. Not only us but it will also benefited the students to face the challenges with confidence," said Shalini Bhatt Principal Podar International School Vadodara.
