Right to Privacy is a fundamental Right : SC

The Supreme court announced big decision on Thursday about Right to Privacy. Court has recognized personal rights as a fundamental right with bench of nine judges take decision unanimously.

The constitutional bench of nine judges heard the marathon hearing continues for six days on this issue. After that on 2nd August bench secured its decision. Chief justice J.S. Khehar is the chief of bench.

In this case, petitioner and eminent lawyer Prashant Bhushan came out of the court and told that the court has recognized the rights of privatization as a fundamental rights and said that it comes under article 21.
