Complained of getting drainage mixed water for the last many months demand to resolve the problem at the earliest.

Residents of Yakutpura in Vadodara approached the Municipal commissioner with polluted water bottles in their hands on Tuesday. They complained of getting drainage mixed water for the last many months and demand to resolve the problem at the earliest.

Social activist Shaukat Indori along with a group of people represent the matter to the commissioner. He said the residents of Yakutpura, Madar Mohalla and near by areas are facing the problem of drainage mix water for the past many months. They approached the ward office and concerned department many times but the issue was still not resolved. They then decide to meet the commissioner with bottles filled with polluted water and request him for a quick solution.

The locals also complained about people getting ill due to the polluted water and the matter can get worse if the problem not resolved at the earliest. They also threaten to intensify their agitation if the matter is not resolved at the earliest.
