Many areas get waterlogged after the torrential rains in Vadodara city. As the Vishwamitri river is flowing near the danger mark, administration has moved people to safer places living in nearby areas. Apart from that many areas in city faced the problem of rain water entered inside their houses and make them live in the same situation.

Residents of Vrajalila Society are facing the same problem and in this difficult time raised slogans against the VMC. They express anger against the administration for not listening to their pleas and that leads to the same situation they faced in the past. According to the residents, this has been a problem in Vrajalila society for the last 5 years. If it raining for only 1 hour the area becomes a swimming pool.
