Later extend their support over removal of illegal structures to widen the 12 meters road at Chitranagar

Residents of Danteshwar area in Vadodara clashed with the VMSS anti encroachment team over removal of illegal structures. The team started their drive to remove more than 50 structures on 12 meters road at Chitranagar and the locals raised their protest but later they support the drive.

As per details the VMSS anti encroachment team reached the spot to remove the illegal structures on 12 meters road as per the guidelines of Highcourt. However the locals raised a brief protest and later support the team to remove the structures to help government vehicles smooth movement in the area.

The team started their drive to remove five houses, compound wall, temporary sheds and had to face the brief protest by the locals. However they later support the team and the corporation will pay them the compensation as per the rules.

Locals also said to be demanded to widened the road as heavy vehicles of gire brigade and police are unable of pass from there in case of emergency. The drive will be completed till evening by the VMSS team.
