Rape complaint against former Padra corporator
Molest the girl in his car, complaint lodged at Padra police station
The former corporator of Padra raped the girl in his car under the pretext of dropped her home. The girl had a party of alcohol and non-veg with friends at a farmhouse near Vadodara. Based on the girl's complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections including rape and assault and speeding up the process to arrest the accused.
The victim girl from Padra village near Vadodara, earns her living by working in a private mall in Vadodara. On April 26, his friend Shivam Gandhi called and informed her about a liquor and non veg party at a farm house at Sokhadakhud in Padra with all their friends. She agreed and joined them after returned from her job.
The party was attended by Shivam Harish Gandhi, Bhumit Amit Patel, Bhumit's father-AmitAmbalal Patel, Bhumit's mother Nima Amit Patel, Bhumit's wife Dinki Patel and theit friend Neel Vasant Patel. Among them Shivam, Bhumit and Neel are enjoying the drink and the victim was talking to them. Later they all have dinner together.
Meanwhile, at around 11 pm, a police vehicle came on patrol stooped at some distance from the farmhouse. Frightened with that Shivam, Bhumit and Neel rushed to another farm to escape. The victim was left behind and she called her friend Shivam for help and he said Bhavesh Patel is coming to pick her. A little later he arrived with Prithvi Patel and Gauri Soni, who stayed at the farm house. Bhavesh left with her in his car asked both of them to take the two wheeler at her house.
Unknown with his intentions the girl left in the car on way to her home at Padra. As per complaint Bhavesh took her to a dark place and tried to molest her. She resisted and called her friend which irked him and he punched her on chest and forced himself on her.
Meanwhile her friend called Bhavesh and told him about the family of girl is going to file a police complaint. Terrified with that Bhavesh dropped the girl with her friends and fled in his car. The girl avoided filing a complaint but after encouraged by a friend, lodged a complaint at the Padra police station.
