After the three Corona positive cases in Vadodara the administration is taking no half measures to isolate the people having contact with them. On the direction of Collector Shalini Agrawal a quarantine centre is started at Ajwa road to keep them for decided 14 days totally no contact with outside.

The centre is started at State Health and Family Welfare Institute at Ajwa road under medical supervision and with 72 beds facility. Presently 24 people are kept there who came in contact with the positive patients.

The centre is under strict police deployment to prevent any trespassing and entry of unauthorised person during the quarantine period. The centre will help prevent the spread of virus as people with close contact with the positive patients will have no contact with the outer world and it's necessary for the well being of people.
