Pakistani’s social media celebrity Qandeel Baloch was killed by her brother in Multan in Punjab province.
She was just 26 years old who was killed in central district of Multan on Friday night, local police informed on Saturday.
As per the reports her brother named Wasim killed her, and was fled after the incident. Local police said “she was suffocated to death by strangation.It seems to be case of honour killing but we are investing it’.
Fouzia Azeem is the real name, but she choosed Qandeel Baloch as her pseudonym after stepping into modeling. Her family was not happy with her modeling and provocative appearances, even her brother had been threatening her over her social media’s post’s and video’s.
Three weeks ago, she had written a letter to the interior minister, the director general of the FIA and the senior superintendent od Islamabad asking them to provide security to her, she had said that her life is in danger and that she is being threatened via calls on her mobile number and that she did not have security measures installed in her home, reports says.
She became famous through her selfies posted on the social media and have tens of thousands of followers.
