    Creating atmosphere of fear by running the pet dog behind children

    A strange case of person running his foreign breed pet dog behind playing children came to light in Navapura area of Vadodara city. The residents gives a written complaint in local police station against them for creating an atmosphere of fear among the kids and their parents.

    As per the complaint a man named Kedar Otia, who lives in Navapura area, used to stop children from playing around his house. The height was when he let his pet dog behind them to make them ran away from there. The incident caused a panic among the children as they narrated the whole incident to their parents.

    Parents were worried about the strange case of a pet dog running after children and on Thursday, children and women from the area reached the Navapura police station and gives a written complaint against him and his sons.

    As per the complaint a man named Kedar Bhai let his pet dog run behind the playing children and create a panic among them. They demanded action be taken against people including Kedar Otia. Navapura police have obtained CCTV footage and initiated proceedings against the dog’s owner.
