Police case against six for cheating youth after raising fake family

Jawaharnagar police have registered a case of fraud against six members including a girl for raising a fake family and cheat a city youth. The girl married the youth and cheat him of 1.5 lakhs cash and jewellery. The police registered the case of cheating and betrayal against them and further investigating in the matter.

Akash Koli, a resident of Baldev Nagar slum of Karachia village near the city, earns his living by doing odd jobs. In his complaint in the police station he said, he asked one Akbar about his intention to get married and if he can show him any girl in his contact. Akbar came to his house for colour work.

Akbar then introduced Rampal Rajput (lives in Indiranagar Karachia village) to him and he then contact another person named Manilal. He asked 50,000 and after the payment he went to Raas village with a person from Anand named Paresh Panchal to see the girl.

There they met a girl named Sonal and also met Arvind Solanki introduced to him as the girl’s maternal uncle. The marriage was fixed and both get married in next few days. On the next day Arvind demand one lakh rupees immediately which be paid and he gives in written on a piece of paper.

A month after the marriage, Arvind Solanki said that Sonal has to go for some rituals.

Meanwhile, his wife took gold earrings, gold chain, gold mangalsutra, silver zanzari, and other jewellery with her. And as she did not return and the investigation revealed that the family had made a similar drama with other people also and married her with other people to get money.

Police have registered case against the family from Anand, Paresh Panchal, Arvind Solanki, Parul, Dharmendra, Manipal Solanki and Sonal. All were booked under sections including fraud and cheating and further investigating in the case.
