    Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday highlighted the importance of ‘water power’ on the occasion of World Water Day. He said that by the protection of water people get immense benefits to cities, villages and farmers.

    Modi tweeted, “World Water Day is a day to underline the importance of Jal Shakti and confirm our commitment to water conservation.”

    Modi said, “When water is preserved, it benefits our cities, villages and farmers very much.”
