It’s the most awaited moment for the people of Bharuch as finally the cable bridge will be put open by none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

PM Modi will visit the city for the first time after moved to Delhi and in a spree of programmes he will inaugurate the cable bridge over Narmada river, foundation stone of bus stand and addressing the public gathering in Bharuch.

Before that he will visit OPAL plant and then go to Bharuch for the programmes lined up for him. In between he will also address a 10 minutes meeting outside the Surat airport.

PM Modi will be the guest of Gujarat for two days on 7th and 8th March and various programmes are lined up for him. Starting with the PM will land at Surat where he will be received by Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani and many other dignitaries. He then will address a short public meeting outside the airport and then head towards OPAL plant at Dahej.

He will then visit the OPAL site and then start the control room and then meet the industrialists inside the mandap. He thenwill reach Bharuch where the main programme is organized in Krishi University ground. After reaching the venue he will inaugurate new four lane cable bridge and will be laying foundation stone of bus stand in Bharuch.

Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India Nitin Gadkari will address the gathering followed by Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani. PM Modi then will address the gathering and vote of thanks will be presented by Mansukh Mandaviya Union Minister for Road, Transport and Highways, Shipping, Chemical and Fertilizers and also General secretary of Gujarat state.

After completing the programme here in Bharuch PM Modi will left for Ahmedabad and reach there at 7pm. From there he will reach Gandhinagar Rajbhavan and will attend the dinner host by CM Vijay Rupani. He will stay at the Gandinagar Raj Bhavan.

On the second day of his visit he will head to Diu from Ahmedabad airport and then reached Somnath temple in the morning. After paying his respects at the temple he will attend the meeting of temple trust where BJP National President Amit Shah and senior leader L.K. Advani will also be present.
