    Came to meet his friend in Vadodara

    A PhD student who came to Vadodara from Anand to meet friends on Christmas Eve fell to his death from the terrace. Sayajiganj police had registered a case of accident and further investigation is underway.

    As per available details Hitesh Yadav came from Anand to meet his friend Abhishek Sharma, who lives in the Pratapganj quarters of MS University. Hitesh Yadav, who is doing PHD, was celebrating Christmas with friends and went to the terrace after a phone call. From there he fell down and his friends rushed him to the SSG hospital where doctors declared him dead during treatment.

    Sayajiganj police informed the family members about the incident and they rushed immediately to Vadodara from Anand. After postmortem police handover the body to family members.

    Sayajiganj police have registered a case of accidental death and conducting further investigation into the incident. However, the police have also probe into whether the student committed suicide.
