PCB team arrested one with Tamancha in Vadodara

Vadodara PCB team arrested a history sheeter with a local made pistol (Tamancha) and live cartridges from the city last night. The accused was earlier involved in crimes like bank theft and arms act.

The PCB team while patrolling received the Information about one Atiq Pathan originally from UP and presently residing in Vadodara carries a local made pistol and cartridges moving around in the city. Based on the tip the team reached at Landmark hotel near Jetalpur bridge and caught him with the pistol and cartridges. An offence was registered against him and one Nannemiyan Pathan who provide him the arms in Gotri police station.

The accused Atiq Pathan was earlier involved in couple of cases and caught by the police. In 2003 he was involved in trying for bank theft at Por and caught by the DCB in 2009 under arms act.
