PCB arrested three for betting of IPL match between MI and KKR

Declared two as wanted

The ongoing IPL amid Corona pandemic once again managed to capture the cricket fans and they enjoy the matches this time by staying indoors. However the betting also gains momentum as people bet on teams and players to earn money inspite of the strict checking by the police.

Vadodara PCB team on Wednesday arrested three from Mahabalipuram area in the city for betting on the match between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Night Riders. The teams seized the cash and other items from them and declared two as wanted.

The PCB team received information about one Munaf Habib Memon along with two others bet online on the match between MI and KKR. They all are betting live online outside Muskaan Collection Tailors shop at

Tandalja Mahabalipuram apartment.

Based on that the team raid the spot and arrested Munaf Memon, Kusai Fazalabbas Rampurwala and Saddamhussain, Sadiqali Saiyyed along with slips, cash and mobiles. They declared two Bhavesh Bipinbhai Vyas from Visnagar and Karan from Ahmedabad as wanted.
