First theme base festival CELEBRATING FOOD AND MUSIC
Food is something which is an integral part of our lives and every now and then we are searching for options to taste the delicacies. For foodies there is never ending quest to search the best food in the city and many times they also fails to discover the tasty recipies.
OTB (Opportunity Towards Best) is one such platform which give an option to the foodies of Vadodara a reason to cheer as they bring the best undiscovered food from the city under one roof. First time the group comes up with the concept of food and music festival for the people to enjoy the tasty new recipies inside a theme based setup.
YUG FOUNDATION and 0TB comes up with Vadodara’s first Theme Based ”FOOD and MUSIC” festival where they are celebrating the essence of food and music in the winter winds along with the arrival of the festivities.
“We aim at giving Vadodara a ”Lifestyle” of the metro cities and also create platform for youngsters and upcoming business to show their respective skills and promote. We bring the best of undiscovered food items under one roof to the mass and also give them the space to show their expertise. The foodies will get to enjoy the delicacies with a perfect setup of live music there,” said Monica Singh one of the organiser.
The whole setup will be theme based and the organisers decide to give it railway junction feel. “This is the first theme based food and music festival where the people visit there get the feel of railway junction. As an ardent traveller i thought this is the perfect set up and even the stalls are turned into bogies of a train. The speciality is that every stall will look different from the other show case their speciality,” said Singh.
The four days food fiesta aims at promoting and planning different levels of a brand bringing the best of talents of budding comedians, singers, artist, and music bands. The organisers also club social causes with the festival to create awareness among the people.
“The ”Social Cause” associated with this event is to Create Awareness about dry waste and wet waste and women empowerment. The place is perfect for the causes as we are expecting more than 2000 people to visit in the festival,” said Fazela Shaukat from the organiser team.
To give the people to show their best of talent the organisers also run a online contest to identify the best. “We are running the online contest ‘Kitchen Ki Rani’ and the 10 best entries will compete during the food festival. The aim is to give them the platform and show their creativity. The winners will be felicitated and our team also help them to get start their business,” said Priyanka Chauhan another team member.
