Discussions on to set up a dedicated COVID Care Center for defense personnel in Vadodara
OSD Dr. Vinod Rao had a meeting with defence heads in Vadodara to plan strategies in fight against Coronavirus in the city. The discussions are also on to set up a dedicated COVID Care Center for defense personnel in Vadodara.
The city had four Positive Cases in EME School last week and Civil administration assisted EME with doctors, medicine and sanitization. Many persons in EME are in Self Quarantine since then as a precaitionary step.
On Tuesday OSD Dr. Vinod Rao had detailed discussions with EME School Commander Major General MJS Syali, Air Commodore Kuttappa from Air Force Station and Brigadier Sanjog Negi from Indian Army.
Dr. Rao informed that, we have discussions on how we can help set up a dedicated COVID Care Center for Defense Personnel in Vadodara and use various resources available with EME, Army and Air Force Stations in Vadodara for fighting COVID in coming days.
Also discussed how defense personnel can volunteer in our COVID Army if Positive Cases escalate during June-July. We have started detailed planning and would finalize it in the coming days.
