    In this time of pandemic we are facing 2 main security challenges, One Covid virus itself and the other Human Virus (as a malicious user) in this digital era. Keeping this in mind U & P U. Patel Department of Computer Engineering, CSPIT, CHARUSAT organized online webinar recently.

    The webinar titled “Cyber Security” was organized under guidance of Principal Dr. A. D. Patel, Head of CE Department Dr. Ritesh Patel and CSPIT-CE alumni co-ordinators Dr. Chintan Bhatt and Prof. Martin Parmar.  This was the first webinar under “Alumni Webinar Series”. The webinar lasted about 1.5 hours.

    Around 35 students have participated online via Cisco WebEx tool. Yamini Savalia alumni of Charusat was the speaker of the webinar. Yamini is pursuing Masters in Cyber Security and Forensics, currently doing a final year research project on network security from SAC/ISRO, Ahmedabad. She was awarded a summer internship on Cyber Security in Tel Aviv University, Israel.
