Soon the students from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Punjab will study Hinduism and Pushti Sampraday through online certificate course. Sarvottam Charitable Trust in Vadodara get the affiliation of Hindu University of America where the students from India learn the courses and get the certificate from the Hindu University of America after completion. This is for the first time that any academic institute in India affiliate with the Hindu University of America.
Revealing the details about the venture religious leader Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj said that the students after 10th can enroll themselves into the course and after 5 years get the certificate from the international university. “The course is already running in the Hindu University of America in Florida Orlando and more than 200 students are already pursuing their studies. This time we want to give the opportunity to the students from India to increase their knowledge in Hinduism as well as Pushti Sampraday. There are total eight subjects in the certificate course starting from Vedant, Purana, Karmakand, Upanishad and four courses of Pushti Sampraday like Kirtan, Itihaas and two more,” said Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj.
The course is designed for everyone without any caste and religion and the students after 10th can join the course which is totally online. “Sarvottam Charitable Trust in Waghodia get the affiliation of the Hindu University of America and now the students can enroll themselves online in India and after joining they have to download the course as per their subjects and study. Expert guidance is also available for the students and the exam is also of objective type. The students can choose any six subjects and the course duration is of 5 years where after completion they get the certificate from the Hindu University of America. If they want to pursue further then they can do doctorate with another three years course,” said Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj.
For the online course first they are targeting the students from four states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Punjab. Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj said that the course is for everyone without any caste and religion and the fees is very minimal so that anyone can apply and study. The first batch will start from next year.
The announcement was made during the briefing of seven says programme ‘Swarn Sadanand Mohatsav’ to celebrate the birthday of Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj. From 14 to 20th November there will be various programmes lined up to celebrate the 50th Birthday of Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj. On 14th the celebration starting from Gau Puja and on 17th there will a Sant Samaroh along with other religious functions. On 18th Satkar Samaroh and inauguration of Five Golden Schemes by Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani, Ramdev Baba and other dignitaries in the presence of various Sants and religious leaders. The celebration will end on 20th with Chhappan bhog.
“On my birthday I demand three Sankalps to be taken on 17th November in the presence of various Sants of evey religion. The Sankalps are Rashtriya Raksha, Gau Raksha and Swachata. On 18th we are going to introduce five Prakalps from the hands of various dignitaries. Vidhyarthi Dattak Sahay where we give scholarship to the students of medical, engineering, commerce and Arts and on that day handover scholarships to five students and start the scheme. Second is Kalyan Pushti Sanskar Dham, third is Gaushala, fourth Affiliation with Hindu University of America and fifth is Vaishnav Innerfaith Pushtimarg Organization (VIPO) which will be introduced during the day,” said Dwarkeshlalji Maharaj.
