One more accused arrested by police in Mukesh Harjani murder case

Vadodara city police arrested one more accused Bharatsinh alias Arjunsinh Laxmansinh Baria in the sensational Mukesh Harjani murder case. He was assigned the job to brought and then drove back the killers from the spot. Police produced him in the court and get remand upto 18th January for further investigation.

According to the police details Bharat Baria was earlier driving for Kalpesh Kachiya accused in the murder of Mukesh Harjani and surrendered before the court recently. Baria was driving for Kachiya in 2004-05 for sometime. Last October Bharat originally from Panchmahal on his way back on his motorcycle met Kachiya, Sanjay Dave, Vijju Sindhi and Anthony all accused in murder of Mukesh Harjani near Godhra highway. There Kachiya gave his number and asked him to call.
Later after three days Kalpesh met Bharat at Sindhrot and then called him at Malhar point next day and told him about the plan. He was assigned the work to brought the killers to the spot and back and was offered big amount of money and for which Bharat Baria agreed.

On the day according to police Bharat brought Salim to the spot on the Activa. After the murder he drove back and dropped Salim, Akbar and Anthony at Godhra station. The police also recovered the activa used in the incident. Police get remand till 18th January to get more details about Bharat Baria and his involvement.

Earlier police caught Anthony and three others involved in the crime. Later Sanjay Dave and Kalpesh Kachiya surrendered before the court. Vijju Sindhi is still at large.
