Declared their candidates Saloni Mishra contest for UGS Heena Patidaar for VP

The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda is buzzing with students these days as it's election time everywhere. 10th August will be the day when students vote for their favourite candidate but the buzz is already inside the campus as the chosen candidates already engage in campaigning and woo the candidates to vote in their favour. The two groups ABVP and NSUI joined hands with other active students group inside the university and declared their candidates for the 2019 elections. With the declaration the environment is now becoming more active as the candidates will not left any stone unturned to impress the voters specially the new admissions.

NSUI joined hands with Jai Ho group this time and field their candidates Saloni Mishra and Heena Patidaar for the elections. Saloni the running VP will contest as UGS this time represent the Jai Ho group and Heena will contest as VP representing the NSUI and both are hopeful to turn the tides in their favour.

Saloni Mishra known for ending the threat of Pathan group in the university will continue to fight against such anti social elements. "I always put the girls safety in top priority and this time also I continue to secure them more. The rules insides the campus are tightening up and I will work towards the loop holes. The çctv cameras needs to be of strong surveillance, placement needs to be improved and lots of things related to academics, sports and cultural can be done which I started as the VP of the university," said Saloni Mishra.

Heena Patidaar also said to be concentrating on her main priority about the girls safety as he herself is a girl. As a active member of NSUI she wish to work for students now as a official representative which she done without it for the last many years. She raised the issue of fees and students safety in girls hostel as main issues she will put on top priority.
