    In today’s fitness freak society people are often forgetting the importance of nutritious rich natural food for a healthy body. They hit the gym aggressively and after the workout munch on fast food items rather than protein rich healthy diet. In such a situation they ends up having a muscular body weak from inside.

    Body building is one such sport which transform the person fully and inspire others to follow. However the point is to concentrate on healthy diet rather than opt for the protein food to built their physique. Mr. Gujarat Tushar Solanki is one such example who with his grit and determination reached the top of the competition and eyes International competitions to compete. He shares eating healthy nutritious food helps him to reach his goal and fulfill his dream in life.

    Without any funds to support, Tushar Solanki worked as food delivery boy to manage money for his gym sessions and then work as trainer to support his family. After 15 years of hard work Tushar won Mr. Gujarat title twice and now eyeing international tournament to represent the country. Recently he won Warrior Classic competition held in Vadodara. He said the natural food is the mantra for his success and appeal everyone to follow the same.

    “I want to make my career in bodybuilding and started training when I was 16 years old. With no funds I worked as food delivery boy to support the sessions. At one time I found it difficult to support my family after getting married and then worked as trainer. My family was against my passion but I managed to convince them that some day I would be in a place to support them. I am happy that not only I fulfill my dreams but managed to support my family,” said Tushar.

    Tushar said the important thing in bodybuilding is intake of natural nutritious food and he always prefer the same after strenuous workout. He thanked Parshwa Patel for filling his diet and nutritious rich food and welcome others to follow. He is not eyeing for a gold medal in international bodybuilding competition and working hard to reach there.
