Actress Nisha Pareek will next be seen as Santosh Kumari — a small town girl — in the parody show “TV Ke Uss Paar”.

The Zindagi show is known for its realistic portrayal of a TV obsessed mother and how she handles situations in her life. It has seen many twists and turns. In one such hilarious twist, the show will introduce Nisha Pareek as Santosh Kumari, read a statement from the channel.

She will be a traditional and well mannered small town girl, who is good at household chores and in following traditions.

Nisha is known for her roles in shows like “Jodha Akbar” and “Udaan”.

Rytasha Rathore injured on set

Actress Rytasha Rathore, who is currently seen as Badho in popular TV show “Badho Bahu”, injured her hand badly while performing a stunt for an upcoming episode.

During a fight sequence, Rytasha was supposed to break a tubelight. As she has never done something like this before, she decided to take it up as a challenge.
Rytasha RathoreHowever, in the end, she injured her hand and was rushed to Seven Star Hospital in Kandivali.

Rytasha said in a statement: “We were shooting an action sequence and I was told to smash a tubelight on someone’s back. I have never smashed a tubelight. Hence, I was apprehensive at first, but then because I am such a brave and cool person I thought why not?

“I did it and immediately regretted it. Now I have decided that I don’t want to do any of these filmy action sequences anymore. You live and you learn. We went to the hospital and then came back to the sets because I had some shots left and then went home,” she added.

Rytasha has got 15 stitches on her palm and is currently recovering.

“Badho Bahu”, which also features Prince Narula, is aired on &TV.

Chirag Dave to appear in ‘Hoshiyaar…’

Chirag Dave, who came into the limelight with his role of Imran in Shah Rukh Khan-starrer “My Name Is Khan”, has been roped in to appear in an upcoming episode of TV show “Hoshiyaar…Sahi Waqt, Sahi Kadam”.

Chirag will be seen as Ritesh in the show, read a statement.

The upcoming episode will narrate the story of four main characters – Bhaskar, Ritesh, Vignesh and Keshav. In order to quench their thirst for money and attain a life full of luxuries, these four friends will go down a wrong path.

The episode will narrate the story of these four friends who work for a cash depositing company. The greed for money gives birth to a master plan of robbing the money they deposit.

The show, hosted by Mohnish Bahl, is aired on &TV.
