New online facility for the Provident Fund customers

Easy to transfer money online through EPF account

In a very short time EPF account holders will be able to transfer or withdraw money through online platform.

As per the official reports, this facility may start from the month of October. EPF is developing another software for this service. It will start working after three months. Millions of EPF holders will get benifit of this. Currently 3.6 crore EPF accounts are active.

Central PF Commissioner Do. V P Joy said, “ EPF account holders will can apply for the withdraw money through online facility from October. Another software is being developed for this service and the testing of software is in final stage.”

Currently procedure of withdraw money is manually. A person who is unemployed for more than 2 months can apply manually for EPF money.
