21 July, 1969 was the day when he returned back from the moon.
Neil Armstrong was the first human to walk on the moon. Aldrin was his partner in Moon mission.
Armstrong’s first words on the moon were, “ That’s one small step for man. One giant leap for mankind.”
Total 12 scientists have walked on the moon till date. They were travelled in group of two on Nasa’s six different missions.
The last Apollo mission on moon was held in 1972.
