NCC group HQ Ahmedabad conducts cycle expedition

National Cadet Corps Group Headquarters Ahmedabad, under NCC Directorate Gujarat conducted a cycle expedition from Law Garden to Modhera Sun Temple and back to promote the spirit of adventurism, comradeship and leadership among the cadets.

A team comprising of 2 officers and 15 cadets led by Group Commander Ahmedabad Group, participated in the expedition covering a total distance of 200 kms. This expedition not only tested the physical endurance of the cadets, but also instilled the spirit of adventure and gave them an opportunity to explore new places and helped them to form bonds of a lifetime with each other.

This expedition was also the curtain raiser for the 1500 kms cycle expedition being organized in September to mark 150 years of the birth of Mahatma Gandhi.
