Navrachana University conducts “One day for Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is vital for Engineers to eventually sell their skills and knowledge.

Engineering students are taught Entrepreneurship in their final year with a view to produce T-shaped engineers. Final year Engineering students showcased their innovative ideas and experienced setting up and running of a business plan.

An open house for students to display their entrepreneur skills was conducted on 16th November 2016. During the day, final year students of the Civil Engineering and the Electrical & Electronics Engineering zealously exhibited their business acumen.

Students displayed various project ideas including automatic plant watering device, tensegrity furniture, craft based ideas to mention just a few.

The students were ably guided by their faculty Ms. Jyoti Sohoni and Mr. Rohit Negi from Electrical Engineering department and Ms. Monika Shah and Dr. Bhairav Thakkar from Civil Engineering department.
