More than 1500 students from the Pharma sector participated in this conclave

9th National seminar of Pharma Vision 2019, a 2 days conclave was inaugurated on 7th Sept. 2019 at Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) constituent Institute Ramanbhai Patel College of Pharmacy (RPCP) in collaboration with Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad(ABVP). Chief Guest of the event Deputy Chief Minister Nitinbhai Patel said it will help in nurturing students by making them responsible citizens.

He also emphasized on the work done by Government of Gujarat in the field of education and elaborated that the Pharma sector has immense contribution to the development of Gujarat. He added that employment generation is only possible with research and modernization.

The ceremony was also attended by Education Minister Bhupendra Sinh Chudasama, Special guests Shrihari Borikar, Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) all India state university in charge and Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Managing Director Ketan Patel, President of CHARUSAT University Surendra Patel as Chairman, CHARUSAT Provost Dr. Pankaj Joshi, RPCP Principal Dr. Manan Raval and other dignitaries.

Bhupendra Sinh Chudasama said in the development of the pharmaceutical industry this kind of seminar plays a big role. He also advised students that responsibility and integrity are necessary factors to perform any job. He guided students to emphasis on research and appreciated various innovations, research and development programs carried out by CHARUSAT UNIVERSITY.

Managing Director of Troikaa Pharmaceutical Ketan Patel explained about the importance of knowledge, character development and teamwork in every department that can ultimately lead to national development. Shrihari Borikar, all India state university in charge of Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad(ABVP) threw light on the contribution of Pharma Vision and development of the pharmaceutical industry.

Different activities like Quiz, Dare to Sale(Digital Marketing), Pharma Recipe Making, INNCREPHARM, Poster Presentation, Model Presentation and Youth Parliament were carried out in Pharma Vision

This carnival helped to open up new horizons of opportunity to the students of various colleges to interact with each other and hone their presentation skills. More than 1500 students of different colleges participated in these 2 days seminar.

The main objective of this event is to promote the dissemination of the knowledge and to spread awareness amongst the students and academicians about the current scenario and future prospects in the pharma sector.

Kelavani Mandal, Charusat, CHRF trustees and board members, BJP leaders Rohit Patel, Mahesh Patel and C.D. Patel, Principals of different colleges, Dean, all faculty members of RPCP and students of different Pharmacy colleges attended this program

After the inauguration program Deputy CM Nitin Patel and Education Minister Bhupendrasingh Chudasama visited CHARUSAT MULTISPECIALTY HOSPITAL and different departments in CHARUSAT campus.

On second day after the successful events, the Valedictory Function was graced by Mansukhbhai Mandavia, Union Minister (State) for Chemicals and Fertilizers. He highlighted strengths of Indian Pharma Industry and said the Sector has an important role in making of New India.
