First sports drama will unveil the new chapter in Gujarati film industry

The much awaited Gujarati film ‘Gujarat 11’ is going to hit the theatres on 29th November 2019. Considered as the most expensive film in Gujarati industry the first sports drama will unveil the new chapter of moving to such inspirational films in future.

The film stars renowned bollywood Actress Daisy Shah, Pratik Gandhi and Kavin Dave.

As a promotional event Daisy Shah along with director Jayant Gilatar, producer Haresh Patel and the young starcast visited Sigma Group of Institute and interact with the college students. The crew is excited as well as tense to know the response from the audience on the release day.

“Its my first film in Gujarati and I am really exciting to know the audience response about the film. It’s a first film on sports with new content, cast and starts a new trend in the industry. Football is one of the biggest game across the globe and this film definitely gives the football fans something new in regional language,” said Daisy.

From shooting to release the film was shot in various locations in Mumbai, Surat, Vadodara and Ahmedabad.

“The film is a sincere effort to show the game as a inspiration to the people. With more than 250 people crew at one place it’s a tough task to manage all and we also hire two sports stadiums each in Vadodara and Ahmedabad to shot it. The final sequence of the film done in Ahmedabad and now we are ready for the release. Apart from India the film will be releasing at Canada, USA, UK, Africa as overseas locations,” said Jayant Gilatar.

The teaser and trailer looks promising and appreciated by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. “Everyone knows Salman Khan love kids and after looking at the trailer he shared it on his social media account. The initiative by him gives our film a much needed boost before the release. I always want to do a film content oriented with a deglam role and this one proves to be the one. The film carries a serious subject but presented in a light hearted way,” said Daisy Shah.

Daisy is also a national level rifle shooter and makes efforts to participate in tournaments taking out the time from her busy schedule.

“Yes I am a national rifle shooter and proud to be carrying a real sport in my life. The character in this film also relates to sport and that gives a proud moment. I am happy to be playing sport outdoor which today’s kids lack as for them playing is only on mobiles. I urge every kid to know at least one sport which keeps them mentally occupied and physically fit,” said Shah.

Manav Soneji, Miraj Joshi, Pradeep Harsora, Avadh Mehta, Amit Thakkar, Omkar Polwalkar also accompanied the cast to Vadodara as part of the promotions.

The film will hit the theaters on 29th November and as per director Jayant Gilatar he will arrange a special show of the film for Indian footballer Bhaichung Bhutia.

J J Creations productions, H G Pictures, Prolife Entertainment and Production Pvt. Ltd. in association with Y T Entertainment Ltd present the movie written and directed by Jayant Gilatar. He is known for directing films like Natsamrat, Meri Pyaari Bahania Banegi Dulhania, Krishnaji Ek Yodha and Chalk N Duster and once again choose a hard hitting subject for the film. He went through lots of research and technical details before writing the final script and bring it on screen.
