The increasing prevalence of corona in Vadodara has raised concerns of the system as the city witness spike of cases in last many days. On Tuesday Jan Seva Kendra at Narmada Bhavan was closed after a deputy Mamlatdar was tested positive.

 In addition M.S.U. Commerce faculty was sanitised after a professor was tested positive of the virus. All those who came in contact with the professor have been home quarantined.

Jan Seva Kendra at Narmada bhavan was started in Unlock-2 for the convenience of the citizens. However the centre was shut down after a deputy Mamlatdar was tested positive of the virus. The officer visited the centre on that day and as a precautionary step it is closed till further notice. Sanitisation process was done inside the centre by the health teams.

In addition after a peon of Science faculty tested positive of Covid 19, a professor of Commerce faculty is also infected with the virus. As a precautionary step all came in contact with him have been home quarantined. All the professors are advised to work from home. The whole faculty is sanitised and preventive steps are taken by the officials.
