The Students, Alumni, Start-up and Staff of The Maharaja Sayajirao Unviersity of Baroda have conceived and built a web portal giving very relevant immunity related and other COVID-19 related information. The web portal is designed to help an individual to increase immunity and inculcate healthy habits.

With the lockdown restrictions relaxing and the threat of COVID-19 still existing, the best approach for every individual is to self guard and enhance their immunity. The web portal is designed with the same intentions where one can access the URL to the portal at https://msucovid19.in

Link can also be accessed by going to the website of University, http://www.msubaroda.ac.in/ and clicking on Health Assessment by MSU Startup option under COVID19 menu.

Currently, world has not found vaccine for Covid-19 nor well established treatment protocols. Hence, we cannot fight COVID-19 by adapting external medical help (like medicines, accurate treatment etc.). The one and only cure available is to fight with our innate fighting mechanism – immunity system of our body. The portal help the user strengthen your immunity system as per user’s specific information. Strengthening immunity system is the idea promoted by Prime Minisher, Narendra Modi and Ministry of  Ayush also.

The portal provides suggestions to strengthen immunity system in every possible way like food habits, sleep habits, ayurveda and by improving physical and mental strength to user’s individual height, weight, your food habits, sleep hours and many more factors. User can take test for self and for each family member as well. The user visiting the portal is asked few simple questions about their routine and the portal gives suggestions that user can follow to improve the immunity.

With the help from professionals and use of government suggested solutions perfectly suited for user’s individual case, the portal provides user following details, 1. What to eat- food chart for user’s daily habits. 2. How much sleep is recommended and other key-points affecting the immunity system. 3. Ayurveda solutions to improve natural immunity system of the body. 4. Physical exercise and yoga to improve physical and mental strength. 5. User can ask questions/querries. These all are available on the phone screen with few clicks and totally free.
