More and more celebrities are joining the movement of Drug Free India initiated by the Art of Living. The fight is to stop the abuse and not allowed others to be a addict. The campaign will start in the two states of Punjab and Haryana with a pledge for new beginning with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

The biggest fight against drugs taking internet by storm as more and more celebrities are joining the movement. From Sanjay Duty, Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, Katrina Kaif, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, Kapil Sharma, Badshah, Parineeti Chopra and others all shared their views on their social media accounts and solidarity towards the fight.

On 18th the fight against drugs will start in Chandigarh University followed by Guru Jambheshwar University in Hisar the next day on 19th February. Everyone will take the pledge with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for a #Drug Free India and Na Karenge Na Karne Denge, No drugs for me and for others.

The celebrities took to their social media accounts to show their solidarity towards the movement and support the cause. Sanjay Dutt said the movement provides him a stepping stone to uproot drug addiction in India. Kapil Sharma joined the fight to save lives and support the cause along with Aamir Khan extends his wholeheartedly support to the initiative. Parineeti Chopra also took to Twitter and support the campaign by the Art of Living.

The recent study reveals drug abuse starts early at 13 yrs of age where around 50% of boys tried the substance. Punjab is leading in substance abuse and the drugs cost India in crores every year.
