    With a aim to conquer the world of showbiz a upcoming model from Vadodara is eager to enter in Bollywood.

    A student of B.Tech won the title of “APA Miss India 2016” and going to represent India in the International beauty peagent next year. She wants to climb the path of success like Priyanka Chopra.

    Puja Mondal, 3rd year Engineering student of NUV (Navrachana University) Vadodara, has won the title of “APA Miss India 2016”, held in New Delhi on 7th Nov 2016. She was selected among 17 finalists and after 3 major rounds (Designer round, Introduction-Q&A round and Gown round) Puja won the Crown, Trophy and Rs.50,000/- cash.

    She will now represent our incredible India in Esteemed International Beauty Pageant – Miss Queen Glow to be held in Venezuela, in the month of Feb 2017.

    “Born and brought up in Vadodara I always has the passion of modelling and getting into Bollywood since childhood and as soon as I completed my 12th exams I participate in a city beauty peagent and won. In the same year I won the Miss Gujarat crown and that kick start my modelling career. Now after won the APA crown I will represent my country in “Miss Queen Glow” in Venezuela,” said Puja.

    Coming from a Engineering family Puja always has the passion of Bollywood but not risking her studies. “I grew up watching Sushmita Sen who is the perfect example of beauty with brain. I want to be like her in modelling and hence continue my studies with modelling so that no one can raise finger on me. As i am going to compete in International beauty peagent now the stage is ready for me to get into bollywood,” said Puja whose main target is to won the crown in Venezuela where she will compete with more then 80 other contestants from other countries.

    A trained classical singer, Kathak dancer and modelling Puja set the platform perfectly for her to enter into Bollywood and make a career in it. “I want to try my hand in bollyood now and looking for good banners to start with. I want to be like Priyanka Chopra who started her career from modelling and then make her name in bollywood and now a well known face in Hollywood also. I want to grab every opportunity and make my own place in bollywood. As of now I am concentrating on the beauty peagent at Venezuela and then turned to Bollywood,” said Puja who done theater and stage shows during her schooling.
