Mock Drill held at Pratapnagar Railway Station

Vadodara Division of Western Railway along with National Disaster Response Force (6 BN,Jarod NDRF),Vadodara conducted a mock drill on 06.12.2018 at Pratapnagar railway Station. The drill is to demonstrate the utility of Golden hour in treating the injured person, relief and rescue operation during derailment in Railways.

During any calamity, accidents and railway derailments golden hour is considered to be the life saving time for the injured person. Such mock drills by the experts not only help them to get updated but also provide a guide to the people to help others in such tense situations.

The drill in the morning was witnessed by Devendra kumar, Divisional Railway Manager, Pramod Gadre ADRM and other officers. Army Unit, Makarpura, GRP, RPF, Supervisors and staffs of Vadodara Division took part in the exercise held at Pratapnagar headquarter.
