Minor girl gangraped in Vadodara

Police further investigating the case

A incident of gang rape came to light in Vadodara where a 14 year old
minor girl was assaulted by two accused. Raopura police is further
investigating in the matter.

As per available details the girl was said to be visited the Navlalkhi
ground last night with a youth when the two accused suddenly approached them
and beat the youth. They took the girl to dark place inside the bushes and
raped her. The youth shouted for help and a police PCR reached the spot and
investigation is on to trace the accused.

As per DCP Zone 2 they prepare the sketches of the accused as per the
description given by the victim and around 10 teams are formed to trace the
accused.The police teams along with FSL, dog squad are scanning the incident
area for the samples. Further investigation is on in the matter to trace the
accused.
