Vidhyarthi Hit Rakshak Samiti in Vadodara send registered AD to 33 collectors of Gujarat on Tuesday in matter of admission fees in schools. They demand all of them to ban admission fees taken by the schools in their jurisdiction.
Under The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act the schools are not authorized to take any capitation, admission and deposit fees from the students. Inspite of that the schools are charging hefty money from the parents and violating the rules.
Moreover no action is taken against such schools till date. In addition the rules says about no interview of parents but the many schools violating it openly.
In protest of all such things Vidhyarthi Hit Rakshak Samiti send their memorandum in form of registered AD to 33 collectors of Gujarat and demand to make strict laws for schools to follow the rules.
