An application was submitted to the district collector by Vadodara Swayam Sainik Dal seeking death sentence for the accused involved in the Hathras rape incident in Uttar Pradesh and the accused in the murder of a Dalit social worker in Rapar.

They threaten to intensify their agitation in case their demands are not met by the administration and seek justice in both incidents.

Maintaining social distancing the activists chanted slogans demanding justice for the rapist in Hathsar and the murder of social worker at Rapar. They gives a memorandum to the collector later on and demand capital punishment for the accused in Hathras rape case as well as severe punishment for the accused in murder of social worker.

Bhaveshbhai a leader of the Swayam Sainik Dal said, that atrocities are being perpetrated by targeting the Dalit community in the country from time to time. The country is running on the constitution written by Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Then there should be a uniform law in the whole country. They demand that the killers of Devjibhai be caught by the police and strict action be taken against them.

In addition, we demand that the accused in the Hathras rape case in Uttar Pradesh be hanged. He further said that if justice is not done in both the cases there will be fierce agitation by the Dalit community across the country.
