Manoj Kumar to get Dadasaheb Phalke Award

Veteran Bollywood actor Manoj Kumar was today chosen for the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for 2015. The title is the highest honour in Indian Cinema given annually by the government for lifetime contribution to the industry. Kumar, who was bestowed with the Padma Shri in 1992, is popularly known as Bharat Kumar for playing patriotic roles in films including “Upkaar”.
