Manish Malhotra to mentor Students of INIFD

It’s a lifetime opportunity for the students of INIFD as now they learn the art of dressing up of top bollywood celebrities from none other than the ace Bollywood Fashion Icon Manish Malhotra. The institute joined hands with Malhotra who will share his knowledge and expertise to Indian students by being their mentor.

On Thursday Vadodara centre formally launched the programme and IMG Reliance programme by CEO Anil Khosla with centre director Kamaldeep Sondhi, Harjeetsingh Sondhi and faculties. Glancy Macwan became the first student from Baroda center to enrol for the course.

Manish Malhotra has joined hands with INIFD & LST to impart specialised Fashion, education and training through online module. The ‘Learn with Manish Malhotra’ Program will give the students a much needed exposure to the glamour of Bollywood which they dream off during their academic session.

Malhotra will share his experience of last 28 years in Fashion & Bollywood Movies with students by providing extensive video lectures and online study material. He will be providing specialised lectures covering the wide range of topics from Bollywood Costumes to Bridal Trousseau and from Men’s Apparel to preparing for the Fashion Weeks. There are four to five lectures per week and the syllabus is also available in PDF format for the students for their reference.

While Manish Malhotra will share his knowledge online, his assistants will take live workshops. The Certified Faculty at INIFD Centres across India will provide the necessary skills to shape the career of budding designers. Earlier Manish Malhotra launched this ‘Learn from Manish Malhotra’ program in presence of INIFD Corporate Directors Ritu Kochhar, Ashok Kaushik and Executive Director London School of Trends Sunny Somra. Ritu Kochhar Director INIFD Corporate said that ‘shortly this coveted program ‘Learn from Manish Malhotra’ will be available to each and every Fashion Conscious Citizen who wants to gain insight and experience directly from the icon of the Fashion World – Manish Malhotra.’
