Family put allegations on police refused to accept body

The 45-year-old man, who was detained late at night by the city’s Jawaharnagar police station, died in mysterious circumstances. Family members put allegations on the police for hit him on chest which leads to his death. Police are conducting a panel PM at Sayaji Hospital to find out the exact cause of the death.

As per avaliable details Mahendra alias Mahesh Padhiar 45, from Jalaram Nagar in Bajwa village lives with his wife Jashoda Ben and his mother. He is involved in the business of buying and selling land. Last night he was taken to the police station by the Jawaharnagar police station on the basis of the call from the police control room.

Meanwhile he died mysteriously this morning which shocked the family. They put allegations on the police for his death and refused to accept the body until the post-mortem report came.

Nileshbhai Solanki, nephew of the deceased alleged that he received a call from his aunt Jashodaben at 8:30 am saying that uncle had been taken to Bajwa Government Hospital. He Immediately rushed to the hospital where he died. A panel PM is being conducted at Sayaji Hospital by the police to find out the exact cause of death.

He further said that until the postmortem report they will not accept the body.

Top police officials also rushed to the police station and started investigation in the case. Jawaharnagar police has registered the case and further investigating in the case.
