    Major General Arvind Kapoor, Additional Director General, NCC Directorate Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu called on Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama on 23 March 2021.

    ADG briefed the Chief Minister and the Education Minister about NCC’s activities being undertaken by Gujarat Directorate. He highlighted that the NCC Directorate would work in concert with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi including NCC participation in ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’, expansion of NCC in the coastal, border and tribal areas of Gujarat, as also trying to increase the number of NCC cadets joining the Armed Forces.

    Chief Minister appreciated the hard work put in by the officers and staff of Gujarat NCC Directorate in shaping the future of the cadets of Gujarat and making them model citizens of the country. He also wished all the best to the officers, staff and cadets in their future endeavours.
