Maintenance Engineer from Vadodara supporting JNU
Said government decision to implement fees structure is not right
A maintenance engineer in one of the
company at Dahej is supporting the JNU in view of their agitation against the
government decision to implement fees structure there. He said the university
provides subsidized education and such a decision by the government is not
right.
Ravi Verma is on a mission to aware the people to raise
their voice against fees structure specially in government schools and colleges
all across the country. From Saturday he started his protest by putting
placards on himself and on two wheeler showing his support to the JNU, free
education to everyone and run government schools.
"I follow JNU and many of my friends are in good
positions after studying there. The University provides subsidized education to
the students but the government decision to implement fees structure is not
good for the students coming from poor and middle class families. Today its JNU
and next it will be other universities in Gujarat and other states. Education
is everyone right and government is decided to implement fees structure and
also merge government schools in rural areas. I strongly protest it and urge
people to join me," said Ravi Verma.
