Made with watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, banana, honey, lemon juice and yoghurt, this delicious recipe is quite a unique one. 

You can easily make it in less than 10 minutes and enjoy it either as a snack or as a dessert. 

This watermelon pizza is quite low in calories and is the perfect way to increase your fruit intake. 

If you bored of eating fruits the usual way, make it fancier by trying this recipe. 

You can add fruits of your choice as a topping and enjoy.

3 Servings

1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)

1 slice watermelon

4 strawberry

1/4 cup blueberry

1 banana

6 leaves mint

3 tablespoon honey

3 tablespoon lime juice

Step 1 / 4 Prepare The Dressing

In a bowl, whisk yoghurt, lime juice and honey.

Step 2 / 4 Cut Watermelon Slice

We need one big watermelon slice. So just cut a thick round slice from the middle of the watermelon.

Step 3 / 4 Add The Toppings

Put the watermelon slice on a tray and add the yoghurt dressing to it. Spread it gently with a spoon. Top it with chopped strawberries, blueberries and banana slices.

Step 4 / 4 Garnish And Serve

Garnish with mint leaves, chop into six slices and serve.
