This is an easy-to-make snack recipe which is mouth-watering and will be adored by children, and they will munch on these almonds each time you will make this dish at home. 

This North Indian recipe is prepared with almonds, toor dal, chana dal, coriander seeds, virgin olive oil, and a melange of spices.

60 gm almonds

1 teaspoon sea salt

5 ml virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon coriander seeds

2 dry red chili

1 tablespoon toor daal

1 tablespoon chana dal

1 tablespoon peppercorns

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

Step 1 / 4

To prepare this easy recipe, put a pan on low flame and add olive oil in it. When it is hot enough, roast the almonds with sea salt and set aside.

In the same pan, dry roast the red chilli, channa dal and toor dal on a medium flame until the lentils are golden in colour. Transfer to a plate to cool.

Step 3 / 4

Roast the coriander seeds and black peppercorns until fragrant. Add the cumin seeds at the end, and roast it till it starts popping. Let all the ingredients cool completely.

Step 4 / 4

Powder them to a fine powder in a mixer and it to the almonds and then store in an airtight container. Serve as you like.
