3 cup cake mix

15 gm cake gel

50 ml vegetable oil

150 ml water

3 egg yolk

2 cup butter

1 3/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 cup white chocolate

1/2 cup fresh cream

1 cup milk

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipping cream

HOW TO MAKE LEMON SUSHI CAKE

Step 1 / 5 Prepare The Vanilla Sponge

To prepare this enticing cake, first prepare the vanilla sponge. For the vanilla sponge, take the cake mix and mix in it vanilla extract, cake gel, vegetable oil and water. Mix all the ingredients well and knead a dough. Transfer this dough to a lined baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.

Step 2 / 5 Prepare The Lemon Filling

While the sponge bakes, prepare the lemon filling. In a bowl add egg yolk, lemon juice, butter and sugar. Mix together and whisk the mixture. You will get a thick mixture. Keep aside to cool.
