INGREDIENTS OF HORCHATA POPS

2 cup rice
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup flaked almonds
2 1/2 cup almond milk
1 litre water
HOW TO MAKE HORCHATA POPS
Step 1 / 4 Prepare A Rice Mixture And Soak In Water
To start with, take a bowl and add rice, almonds and cinnamon. Now, mix the ingredients and add the contents in a blender. Grind to obtain a fine powder. Now, soak the obtained powder in water for 3 hours to overnight.
Step 2 / 4 Prepare Rice Mixture Evaporated Milk Paste
Now, strain the mixture to separate the water from the rice mix. Reserve the liquid. Now, add the drained rice mixture with evaporated milk. Transfer the mixture in a grinder and blend until smooth. Strain the obtained paste and keep the remains, discarding the liquid.
Step 3 / 4 Mix Condensed Milk And Almond Milk In The Paste
Now, to this obtained paste add in condensed milk with vanilla extract. Mix well and add almond milk with the reserve water from the rice mixture.
Step 4 / 4 Pour Into Moulds And Chill Before Serving
Pour the prepared mixture in popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 6-8 hours. Remove and serve chilled.
