1 1/2 cup potato
4 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 cup water
2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt as required
8 cloves garlic
Step 1 / 6 Heat Oil In A Pan
Firstly, heat oil in a pan, add diced garlic cloves in it and saute for a minute.
Step 2 / 6 Add Potatoes
Now add the chopped potatoes in the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 / 6 Create Sauce Mixture
Now take 1 cup of water in a glass, add soy sauce and honey to it. Mix well. Now add this mixture to the pan and cook on high flame.
Step 4 / 6 Cook The Potatoes
Cover with a lid and let the potatoes simmer in the mixture for 12-15 minutes or until cooked.
Step 5 / 6 Add Sesame Seeds
Once you notice that the water has evaporated and the sauce has turned thick, add sesame seeds and stir. Add salt as per taste.
